Authentically Engage With Your Clients & Build Your Network During a Crisis by Sangbreeta Moitra

The current crisis has brought many business owners and entrepreneurs to make drastic and sudden changes which, for many, is difficult to navigate around. What do business owners do to still move forward and survive such a crisis? According to Sangbreeta, it’s by being strategic in how you engage, communicate, and grow which will determine the outcome.

During this mornings’ session, we had participants joining in from both The Netherlands and all throughout Europe thanks to this event being online. Sangbreeta shared with us many valuable tips on how to respond to various triggers and the importance of creating rapport before we jump into trying to influence our relationships. We were also left with many questions generating plenty food for thought: How are you taking away the pain of decision making? What is your true ethos? How do you want people to feel when they work with you? Only to name a few.  And to close, Sangbreeta says, “At the end of the day, Adversity Triggers Opportunity.”
