Amsterdam Business Breakfast – Software: What are we doing wrong?

Amsterdam Business Breakfast – Software: What are we doing wrong?

Thanks to all of you for attending the 3rd Amsterdam Business Breakfast “Software: What are we doing wrong?” It was great to meet so many new people and catching up with acquaintances.

Presentation

Steven Pemberton gave us a very interesting presentation looking back over 30 years of internet and what we can expect in the future. He also explained that current programming languages are too expensive, only describe a particular solution to the problem, and they are still error-prone. Much of this can be resolved if we moved to declarative programming.

If you would like to look back at Steven’s presentation, you can do so here.

Thank you!

Thanks very much Steven for your time and sharing your knowledge with us. Also a special thank Jamie Lingwood of Wordsmith.nl for always being there to help out, the wonderful photo’s taken by the fab photographer Elena Zemlyanskaya of Brand Friend, and of course to our fantastic fans Veronica Guguian, Dawn Jenkin, Mark Van Der Wildt, Sheldon Fynn, & Annebet van Mameren!
