During Wednesday’s presentation, Guillaume shared several great tips, tricks and trends to help our businesses through a recession.
One of the most important things to consider when recession proofing your business, is to fully understand your clients needs. During a recession, desperation will increase and its important to stay connected with your customers. To do so, its important to analyze your products and services, and find (new) ways to address their pain points and make connections. Show them how you will help them reduce their risks and provide both tangible and intangible offerings.
This is the time for your business to stand out and showcase your solutions, be an authority and keep your most important clients happy. You want to build long term relationships! Guillaume further talked about how to integrate (new) strategies without spamming your customers while having them still value your content. You want to “lead your customer out of their desperation.”
